This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how CMGK Enterprise Ltd., comprising CMGK Services Ltd., CMGK IPR Ltd., and CMGK Coaching Ltd., also referred to as “The Beauty of Sensitive Skin™” and “The Beauty of Eczema™” and its related companies (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of this website, https://www.thebeautyofsensitiveskin.com (the “Site”). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.

 

Protecting personal information is a core value of The Beauty of Sensitive Skin ™ core values. This Privacy Policy describes how The Beauty of Sensitive Skin™ collects, uses, and discloses the personal information we receive or that you provide or make available to us. It also describes your choices about how “The Beauty of Sensitive™” uses your information and to request that we correct or delete it.

Information You Give Us:

 

We collect your‎ name, postal address, email address, phone number, username, password, demographic information (such as your gender), social media account ID, as well as other information you directly give us on our Site. We use this information to send you offers or other voluntary communications with The Beauty of Sensitive Skin™. We never sell this information to a third party.

We may get information about you from other sources, including our order-processing partner, Shopify, to facilitate purchasing and orders on our site. Deleting Your Personal Information

 

You can unsubscribe your email from our newsletter via any of our digital newsletters you receive. The link to change your preferences can usually be found at the bottom of the emails you receive from us.

 

Under the EU GDPR Laws that came into effect on 25/05/2018, subscribers have a Right To Be Forgotten. You can always send us an email via customerhappiness@thebeautyofsensitveskin.com or contact our Customer Care team and request that your data be permanently deleted (deletion includes purchase information and historical details). 

 

Changes

 

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make any changes, we will change the Last Updated date above.
