How do I return a product?
All of our products have been made with love and care and we hope you love them, however should you wish to return a item for a refund or an exchange, then simply return it to us within 30 days. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with tamper seals intact.
- If you wish to return a product purchased from The Beauty of Sensitive Skin™ please send an email to customerhappiness@thebeautyofsensitiveskin.com with your proof of purchase and your reason for returning the product and will advise of next steps.
- For products purchased on Amazon or from other retailers please refer to their return policy for what to do.
- Please note that refunds will be processed minus the cost of shipping unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped.
- If you received or purchased a product through a special promotion, other terms and conditions may apply.
- Products on sale or discounted will be refunded at the price you paid. Special promotions where a product is free are non-refundable.
